As you know by now, my name is Taylor. I never planned on being a photographer, I really just fell into it. I've always loved to create art. I floated through phases of drawing and painting throughout my teenage years. In my early twenties, I started to dabble in graphic design. The one constant has been to capture images that document each moment in my life infinitely. I began to further explore photography in 2013 so that I could document my future children’s childhood the best way possible when that time would come. I fell in love with it and never looked back.
I'm all about capturing real, honest moments and the genuine unique love that you have. If you're a person who wants to pose perfectly in front of my camera, then we may not be a good match. And that's okay! Those who value a more documentary side of photography, who will allow themselves to be vulnerable, and show me who they really are my kind of people!
So enough about my passion for photography, here's some things that you probably don't know about me.
I'm a Baton Rouge native and I love calling Louisiana my home.
I'm a wife of six years to my hard working, tall, dark, and handsome. A mom to a 3.5 year old boy and expecting a baby girl in March!
I “watch” a lot of netflix while I edit, which means that I've re-watched The Office, Friends, and Grey’s Anatomy at least 5 times by now and counting. Crime podcasts are also a new favorite. So if you have any suggestions, share away!
I'll never turn down cake. Because, well. Cake.
Coffee, red wine, + sushi lover.
A fur mama to a rescued yellow lab, Sadie, and a needy german shorthaired pointer, Kimber.
Big fan of live music, spontaneous road trips, and being near any body of water.
